Same issue here for the last week or so. Sonos Roam stamped with "model S27" on the base. Stopped wireless charging, and would continuously show orange light at base when plugged into USB-C charger (Anker 511 Nano 3). Orange light never turns off. Original purchase date was November 2021.I’ve since plugged the Roam into the back of my Mac. It took a few minutes, but then the orange light disappeared and the white light returned and everything seems fine. I was using an Anker wall adapter, but I don’t think it’s 10W. Came back here to report maybe some positive news for other folks - I spent some time with Sonos support today, and they recommended a hard reset, which isn't in the user guide… Hold the power button down for 12 seconds until the orange light turns back on.
