The Thieves Guild in Skyrim is full of interesting adventures that are exclusive to the faction, usually in the form of a quest. "Loud And Clear" is the first mission the faction assigns you after joining the Thieves Guild, and it prepares you for all of the thieving you'll have to do for the rest of the questline.Not to be confused with Ragged Flagon. The Ragged Flagon is a tavern located in the Ratway underneath the city of Riften. After several days and 30+ hours of restarting multiple times and doing the thieves guild quests differently each time i finally figured out what my problem was. I had to wait until AFTER completing the thieves guild main quest AND i had to delete (disable didn't work) the unofficial skyrim patch mod. Once i did those things Delvin immediately ...
