Scotts starter fertilizer with tenacity
I bought my seed from seed superstore and they have a starter fertilizer and was wondering if it would be good for the existing lawn and the new seed going down. This is what it is: Anderson's Starter Fertilizer with Mesotrione (Tenacity). I will be doing this next month when temps cool down in utah (I think I’m in a 7b zone).I put seed (PRG/KBG) down 11 days ago (zone 6a) but forgot to put down the starter fertilizer with tenacity on the front lawn. Seed has germinated and is about 1-1.5” high. Can I still put that starter fertilizer down? Or will the tenacity harm the new grass? Thanks
