Sep 1, 2023 · Reservations are limited to a maximum of 4 hours per day. Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance. The Access Services staff can provide instructions on how to use the equipment if necessary. Users are asked to (1) turn off/log off all equipment in the room prior to leaving and (2) return the room to its original state. All locations have study rooms available for public use. Room capacities range from two to ten people and may be used up to two hours per day per group. All study rooms may be reserved up to two weeks in advance.
