Wanted to know what is being done about the RDK-03033 code that is still happening a month later? It is annoying and customers should not be dealing with it this long for what they pay. One rep tells me it is being worked on and when I call again they send tech and replace my cables and work on main line and say should be good and it is not fixed.Other times a menu comes up but will then just freeze up. Sometimes we don't get any notifications on screen but sometimes we get a screen that with a message "There's a problem connecting to the internet" with some steps to take and the code RDK-03033.
