I know that for competitive biochemistry and biology programs a 3.8/4.0 and above is pretty important. However, my school uses the 4.3 system, where a 4.3 = A+, 4.0 = A, etc. I am very confused on how I get an idea of what my GPA is in terms of a 4.0 system.
