I can't give Noblestalk back to Derryth Boneclock. I gave Derryth the Noblestalk in Act 1. Then I pickpocketed it from her just to see what would happen. It seems it's not much use other than maybe getting some extra dialogue for ShadowHeart. So I didn't do anything with it.
