This happens on my monitor every 1500 hours of use IIRC and takes much longer 15min+ than pixel refresh. The green flashing is pixel refresh and takes about 5minutes. After that, I click mouse which was hovering on Shutdown. Monitor will do the pixel refresh thing and turn off. If you let it go standby, it will stay standby.
