If you've got an empty cache at the moment just take the old drives out, put the two new ones in and configure as raid 1, make sure all shares are set to use them as a cache pool and then change settings for any shares you want to be on the cache to "prefer" and invoke mover, then start VM/docker ...Main, Cache Device, Change the format type to what you want.
