Please see the following -. 1) Ensure all cables on the back of your wireless gateway are secure (specifically the cable in the green *or* red ports on the back). 2) Please try rebooting the gateway. 3) If you have moved your gateway to a new location, you will need to have the wiring in your home reconfigured for that new jack.An internal battery backup, remove it. DSL service, unplug your telephone cord from your modem or gateway. Wait 20 seconds. Put the internal battery back in, if applicable. Plug the power cord back in. If you have DSL service, reconnect the telephone cord. Wait up to 10 minutes for the gateway or hub to restart.
