I dont use. Too fps consuming. Same as above. Using Trey's nvidia settings, helps with night visibility too (non-NVG raids mostly). axel has a guide for his settings. I use those and like them a lot.

Personally I prefer high settings as it looks good and pushes the GPU. It depends on your RAM etc but on ultra settings I get 80%+ utilisation which is 100-140 fps on all the main maps, 144 on factory/labs and 70-100 on streets depending on the area.
