I strongly disagree, Rrecs is not better than the old system. For these reason, you have no access or verification of the data used, unrealistic time standards for DPS and mail. The USPS can cheat way more with this by fudging the numbers or inaccurately maintaining data than with the old mail count. YES, REECS WILL BE DELAYED AGAIN!a.
