The allied race recruitment quests can only be done once per account. Unlocking allied races originally required reaching Exalted reputation with that race 's associated faction and completing an associated quest achievement. The reputation requirement was removed in patch 9.0.1 and the achievement requirement was removed in patch 10.1.5.I quit 3 months into BFA, so I have no clue how to get to Mechagon with the changes to the intro quests I’ve seen from googling.
