Crouching, from what i can tell, minimizes sound and vision from zombies. Even with that, zombies can STILL see you if you are in their vision range, which makes a hell lot of sense to me. Not sure about the issue (I have a sunday driver and haven't run into this), but whenever you try to move, do not turn the steering wheel. Take off in a straight line and build some momentum. It is almost impossible to start driving otherwise. Moving in a straight line is the only way to start moving. Locking. Padlocks can be attached to crafted crates. If it is in the player's inventory, the "Put Padlock" context option will appear when selecting a crate. Upon attaching, the player will receive two keys that can be used to open the locked crate. While the padlock is in place, the crate's tab in the inventory window will have a lock icon on it.
