Not for or against what you're saying, even if they say no unpaid time off requests for teaming associates they can still say it's for coverage reasons. Even if it's 3 weeks in advance. Most stores run with skeleton crews in most areas and losing one associate for a day can mean no associates that day.Like, old-time associates with tons of ppto are simply calling in and using it to cover their arse. But yeah, like those who put their requests in last January, all two people, well, they managed to get their time off, mostly, with only using a few days of PPTO. So, my bad, I guess for not knowing in January that I'd need time off in October.
