So you can shoot either in a 5.56 chamber or a Wylde chamber but not the 5.56 in a .223 chamber. There are some .223 chambers out there so just be advised - they are still being made. Anecdotal, I know, but I tried out some factory 5.56 77gr SMK loads out of my 16" upper on yotes last year.58 (100%) The IMI was more consistent (over chrono) than MEN or CBC/Magtech. The MEN, CBC had ESs over 70 FPS where the IMI was half that. The IMI was more accurate, particularly past 200 yds. Never chrono'd the PMC X-Tac, but accuracy was/is on par with IMI. For the price it is great training ammo. In no way do I make any money from anyone related to the firearms industry.CBC 77gr OTM has been 1 of the 2 most accurate 77gr 5.56 ammo I've tried. It has about the same accuracy potential as the BH 77gr OTM, yet it cost almost half the price, at $0.60/rd. I've also tried Creedmoor 77gr OTM, IMI 77gr Razor, and BH 77gr TMK, and none have performed as good as CBC OTM and BH OTM.…

Grabbed 200 rounds of the AAC, 77gr OTM this morning. I noticed this ammo goes out of stock quickly but stock seems to be getting replenished pretty quickly too. Now a 22-250 launches faster and can get away with less twist but once again it ahs to work under all conditions. If its a 5.56 I would go for 1x8 twist. I have had best luck with 68 and 69 grain bullets in a 1x9 twist 5.56.

It is good stuff still though, I just bought some from midway a few weeks ago, same great performance of the stuff I bought on sale from them for before the panic buying started.
