2006 Silverado intermittent HVAC fan issues. I am new to this forum and looking for some help diagnosing an issue that has grown in the last few months. I have a 2006 Chevrolet quad cab Silverado with the auto/digital dual HVAC system. About three months ago, the system suddenly went to full blast and would not stop even with the car turned off.It has a hot lead there and may have a shorted relay inside. The problem could also be in the motor circuit board. To be sure, remove the connector from the control panel. If the motor stops, replace the control. If not, replace the motor circuit board.
