$2500-2700 per nocturnist shift is significantly higher than the rates I've seen. It's more like 1800-2000 where I am. For comparison, in the same location, 20 CC night shifts a month comes close to 750k a year. Your pulm skills and knowledge of evolving therapeutics will be well out of date.
