At Facey, we do everything we can to make your experience as comfortable and efficient as possible, regardless of whether you’re providing a blood sample, urine specimen or both. Facey Medical Group works with Quest Diagnostics for most routine lab tests.However I needed to make an appointment for a referral and tried to call the phone line. I tried three times on Friday June 10th to even contact for an appointment referral and was put on hold three times for over 45 minutes on each call. No one even answered.
