I realized this immediately after submitting the order, but the staff told me it was my fault and couldn't cancel.And the fact that if I sell a iPhone XS Max on swappa for say $1,000, it costs me $10 to list it, which is taken out of the total money gained from the sale. So no out of pocket money is required. eBay however, will charge me $100 for the same sale.

Plus the fees kill it if your a seller, between swappa, PayPal and shipping you are down at least $50 bucks. nowhere near $50 man. the seller fee is based on the price of the phone, but usually it will be either $10 or $15. Shipping can be easily done for $10 or less. They can cancel if they want, but I don't think it would be something that Swappa would cover their PayPal fees for -- it's up to the seller to take the hit if they really want to enforce that, they'd have to argue with PayPal for the full refund.
