TRICK OR TREAT SO OTHERS CAN EAT (TOTSOCE) is a multiple community service project organized by Ventura County 4-H to benefit FOOD Share*. The way this project works is that youth volunteers collect cans of food and other nonperishable food items thru November 9th to benefit FOOD Share in Ventura County.Trick or Treat So Others Can Eat!
