Easy for me would be looping through a couple times stacking items to unreasonable amounts (e.g. 50 crowbars 40 watches and a bunch of gas/will o wisp for clear) and then finding the closest boss weakpoint to nuke (or in my case having it pop randomly from something dying because I happened to be in the area). The M99 is much easier to use and is more effective against trash mobs. I'd say it Feels better to use but that doesn't mean it is a much stronger weapon.
