My original LC9 mags (and spares) are stamped Made in Italy and have a glossy lacquer type coating added, which I kinda like. Fully compatible though. No experience with the "Pro" LC9-S but I own a regular lc9-s with the safety and mag disconnect. The safety and may disconnect is the reason I chose the lc9-s. I like those features in a gun. Also own an SR9 and that is my house gun. I've owned so many guns I honestly have lost count. Several glocks, including the 26. Owned a Shield too.The ruger has a very long trigger that has a long rolling break. I didn't care for the trigger and it just felt bulky, although it is probably the same size as the 365. Mar 11, 2017 · My light weight carry is a shield, I have worked on 2 different LC9s, 1. the shield is heavier and feels great in my hand, the LC9 is lighter but does not have the good grip of the shield. The sights are better for my eyes on the shield. The take-up is longer on the LC9 and the final part of the trigger movement feels "squishy". It can fit Ruger LC9 / LC9s / Ruger LC380 / Ruger EC9s.
