My first thought is to disable the ACT FFXIV plugin's overlays. They do set some window options that might complicate things, although I am not entirely sure. If that doesn't help, try disabling everything - all plugins except the ffxiv plugin, all overlays including built in dps and spell timer overlays. I am using ACT for FFXIV combat tracking. As of yesterday the OverlayPlugin.dll is stuck on Initialized and not logging anything. The overlay merely says awaiting encounter data for all overlays I try.
