Since then it has changed ownership to me but still has the problem pulling the fuel through the injection pump to the injectors.
Like 101 said, remove the pickup tube and inspect. That is a strange problem, once you get air in the system you have bleed it out. I don't care if you hookup to a fuel tanker, you still have to get all the air out of the lines. Just adding fuel to the tank shouldn't make it start.
