Oxygen is a small molecule that easily forms a bubble when it comes in contact with water. This means that putting 3% hydrogen peroxide in your ears won’t create any bubbles. Debrox softens the wax to make it easier to come out. As the wax softens initially it can actually settle a bit which can make your hearing worse initially. Follow the instructions and give it several days and I think you will get some improvement. If not the doctor can irrigate the wax out. Thanks for the response.
