In reality only slightly smaller than the 10c. Shorter barrel and grip. 10s outshoots the 365 all day everyday with a far better trigger. Depending on what your looking for in conceal ability vrs shoot ability. Im 6'3 245lb and ccw full size with out issue but have different choices for different clothing. A CZ P10S that is NIB.
