Internet is out since last night in Education Hill in Redmond WA. Doesn’t seem related to the issue in Duvall although we are close by (a few miles though). We are by 116th and Avondale. Still out after 8h. I am a former cable tech so did the usual troubleshooting. I'm in Redmond and I've found the network to be superb, enough so that I was never tempted to move to Comcast even when Frontier was soaking me for over $200/month for a triple play.

I called tech support early in the morning (~5 AM) before the outage was declared and they had me reboot the router and ONT. That didn't fix the issue and eventually the tech support person saw that the network engineers had just declared a network outage in the area. I didn't get any details beyond that.
