Students who change degree programs and select this major must adopt the most current catalog. Co-op or internship credit cannot be used in this major; Departmental Residency Requirement consists of at least 22 semester hours of regularly scheduled 3000-4000 level courses taken from the UCF Department of Biology. Zoology isn't the most popular major in the world, but it's not the least popular either. To be more precise it ranks #165 in popularity out of 395 majors in the country.
