Yes. Brayflox (the fastest solo method) gives "robust" light. A9S gives "sturdy" light, which is worth twice as much. new player bonus doesnt matter for light farming. its just extra tomes for them. a1s is laughable easy nowadays. the challenge was already gone with i240. with i260+ and echo its just a total joke. calling it fight is streching it. its basicly hit a dummy and dodge basic aoes. oh and heal the tank once in a time maybe. boss does barely do any dmg.If you're after monster drops, if you have a combat job retainer, you can have them specifically farm larger amounts through ventures. onewithoutneck • 1 yr. ago.
