On console I don’t believe you can use the rack shelves on rafts yet. As far as tires go, I’ve only ever been able to put one on my raft at a time. I usually have to swim and drag the tire. Or throw it as far as possible towards my island and repeat. You can totally use the container shelves in ps4. On XB1 Some of my crates now randomly stop allowing pickup midplay and become permanently stuck wherever they're at. I have a total of 5 dead crates in my game that now appear permanently stuck where they're at. Sleeping or saving or renaming don't fix it. I think I'm going to have to rethink the way I made my raft. I'm sitting at the back in the middle with container shelves on each side on 3 raft bases per side.
