Bullets are hitting the crosshair, no problem, but a secondary tracer effect is veering to the right. EDIT: looked at it again, the tracer is aligned with the gun itself, the gun is veering to the right. It's like if the gun's muzzle turned 5 degrees to the left. Very weird.

Im all for mauslon over morgha. Morgha has a much stronger alt fire that recovers faster, but the range on it is bad compared to the mauslons portable howitzer. Plus the mauslon has crazy sustain over morgha blasting through ammo. Mausolon is statistically better, but Morgha is just really fun to play with. The primary fire will continue to pierce and do damage, but it will not explode again after the first enemy. 36. Author. Give it some time though and the riven will go up in power though, I highly doubt that it'll stay at 1/5 disposition. It literally jumps up and down like a mule. I use the other archguns a lot and they don't seem to have this much screen shake.
