No. The expeditions are time-limited and if you don't get it done within that time frame, you can't get the phase and final rewards. Having said that, HG reran the first 5 expeditions last winter, so maybe they'll do it again. On a side note: phase and final rewards you get from them are available on all your saves, new or old. Expedition rewards can be claimed in your regular save. Didn't find a thread about this so thought I would post a heads up. Once you've completed the expedition mode and have earned all the rewards, you can load up your regular saves and go back to the anomaly and claim them in your regular save as well. Either way, if the whole file was lost, there's a good chance you lost previous expedition rewards too after the reset (which is why I suggested trying a new save now).
