Hi, Im currently awaiting a I-130 Visa for my wife, Im a US Citizen, we've gone through all the steps to submit the application and have even gotten to the "Case actively being reviewed" stage. Im curious if anyone else has had the date for that changed on them.A lot of posts on here and Lawfully say their cases were approved within a day to a few weeks after changing to “actively reviewed”. Not sure if that means it’s in an officers hands being reviewed. Or it’s just at the service center on the desk still. I submitted mine on july 2020 - it still says case received.VDOM DHTML tml>.
