The reason you got the good pop up at first when you tried it 10 mins after your test is probably because your results hadn't been transmitted to Pearson Vue yet. Hence the reason you are getting the bad popup now. This happened to me the first time I took my test, I checked the PVT right after testing and got the good popup.

That’s definitely good! It’s pretty much foolproof. If it shuts off at 75 with the good pop up, you passed. It’s very rare for it to shut off at 75 with a fail. It will usually give you more questions/chances.
