It appears as though the servers went down, and yet it says that all servers are currently up. Yes the request timed out is why you have no login servers. it is likely a routing issue to your ISP , turning the modem off for 15 min may grab a different IP address and if it is a different enough may not be affected. here is my ping from australia for example.
