ERRATA: At about 11:15 'Free bed' means stop making it a bedroom. In the non-square maps, this is because my forts were being designed with a specific format: River -> Mountain face -> initial tunnels/later entryway -> Fortress proper -> important rooms. 3 tiles was more than enough sideways room for those forts, while 5 tile depth gave me a lot of space to work inwards with.Just make a decent sized tavern space for dancers, drink stockpile, coffers for goblets/mugs.
