At level 30 you unlock Mount Olympus. The ideal gear at this point is Zeus armor, however the Senator gear is also just fine to use. If you're super unlucky and just can't get what you want, Bazaar gear works, though it's harder to get through to level 60 with this. *Note* You get a super good wand here that will last you until level 100.Boots: Eclipse Boots. It doesn't matter what gear you get from zeus 10 damage doesn't make a difference whether you kill or not because your spells aren't fixed damage they are a range so you need to buff to kill anyways.An alternative if you want better gear to help you farm waterworks is the wintertusk crafted gear at level 56 (robes, hats, and boots). The accessories unlock a couple levels before iirc (athames and rings). The wintertusk gear is great and some of the pieces are used more than waterworks gear, the hat for instance since it gives a blade.That gear typically carries you all the way to 90 or 100, depending on how much you want to farm Tartarus. Tower of the Helephant does have valuable drops however. The first boss drops an athame that can carry you pretty far, and is probably the earliest athame to give a damage stat.
