After claiming them, I get Hydroid, Mirage, and Limbo as warframe picks for the week and the same goes for SP. It's like the game didn't fully reset since I did a run before weekly reset.

I have steel path, and i have played duviri, and i've completed a circuit, yet the option to switch to steel path in the circuit is locked. you have to do all 3 modes to unlock sp versions, and if you do all 3 on sp, you'll get a statue and an emote and 25 sp essents. If you try to start it from the SP star chart, it tells you what you need to do.With 5 frames, you will have a smaller chance for all of them to not be able to handle 2 rounds of SP circuit. Duviri is available from the start of the game, so from a progression point of view, having the intrinsics by the time you can do SP might be seen as a requirement, not just a nice bonus like on normal mode.
You need 2430 circuit points to get up to the tier 8 reward. If the warframe bp can be bough this should be the goal. If not you will need to get to tier 10 reward for the bp and thats a total 3640 points.
