With how Stellaris events tend to work it could’ve been a completely legitimate question. One thing you could do would be to play until the Prikkiki'ti appear, then use the console to spin off a megacorp using their species, and switch to playing them. You can't. Early game and these guys just spawn right next to me and proceed to eat my neighbor up. From the beginning they had over whelming fleet. Over 50 corvets to my 12, thats just AI cheat. Not fun and in need of serious fixing.

Move all of their pops to one world, preferable their original homeworld. Encourage their population growth.
