There are relatively new types of areas in the game - rooms opened by skeleton keys (there are wooden, stone and gold). Those keys are one-shot - once you use them to unlock the door, they disappear forever (just like a used treasure card). They drop from various bosses, but some are plentiful (like Gold - any player ...I fought every wooden key boss 25-50 times with 2 characters, for a total of 50-100 trials each. With my statistics, Rooftop was by FAR the best place to farm for wooden keys.
