Almost a year out of bi cuspid valve replacement. Fully back in workout mode. I have been for months. Yesterday I was finishing my workout with push-ups and felt a pain in my sternum. Not sure if it was the sternum wires or breastbone. Wondering if people have had similar experiences and if it was a cause for concern.
