You get a damage boost and no extra noticible draw time as long as you hit crits. This on top of an already high damage weapon type makes it one of my new favourite weapons for PvE. Give this roll a shot if you get it, it's really interesting and unique. Frenzy is to difficult to keep up, adagio slows your shot for little gain. Adagio can be used for a 1hk if you manage to use a second damage buff such as high energy fire but I believe the set up for this is just to impractical for the once or twice you can realistically manage in a crucible round.
