I am sick but been getting saline bags quite often and eating charcoal tabs hear and there.The blurry screen is a health thing. As you take damage, you lose health. Your only way to tell your health value is how blurry the screen gets. Just as how bleeding makes the screen go black and white. Turning off post processing causes you to lose the only method of telling your health level. #4.
