There was only 1 perception check, the one where you observe a reaction. Any help would be great, thanks. Like I already said to a comment above, Mielarah is not the captain of the DLC ship. Mielarah can die at the end of act 4 ( your choice ) so that would cause issues. What is more the DLC is about a cursed ship not a cursed captain. Like many others have already said here, that captain along with the other options are for the end of the act. 7.
