I know that ST6912437 means it is a 69, 8 cylinder sport coupe, the NOR322403 is a sequencial body number, the TR 711 means it had a standard black interior.First Generation Camaro Info and Tech - 1967-1969. After December 1968 the tag would have read X22 or X66 for a big block SS.Out of all the options a COPO could have had, A/C is about the only one they could not have. So in this case the X44 means its just an everyday Camaro without style trim. Probably a 307 engine with a powerglide or TH350. Note: In 1967 the trim tag did not identify a 6 or 8 cylinder engine in this spot, only the interior style with the code 4 or 6 as the third digit. The VIN did show a 3 or 4 as the third digit indicating 6 or 8 cylinder. 1967 was the only year the interior style was coded like this.
Get a 3/16″ bolt about 5/8″ to 3/4″ long, two washers and a nut. Put the first washer on the bolt. Push the bolt through the rivet. The rivet is designed to break open. Insert the bolt through the rivet. Push the bolt and rivet through the firewall or cowl. From the back side put the other washer on the bolt and then the nut.Good afternoon -.
