They have no anatomy lab which might seem like a bad thing now, but would be pretty great in IMO. There are fewer people than you might expect who are willing to actually COMMIT to primary care. A lot of people want to talk about it, but also want to keep their options open. So, if you really want it, it is certainly worth the try.My contention with LECOM was more that the school is designed solely to pump out general dentists and offered little by way of externship or research opportunities. They said at the interview if you did want to specialize that they would keep your grades on file, but it didn't seem like an atmosphere in which that was encouraged.…

They don't really pay close attention if you are maintaining a decent GPA (>3.0). They have no +/- for grades however. 80-89 is a B. Can't tell you how many flat B's I have gotten with an 88 or 89.
