For me the best build would be to banish her weapon, as it didnt do any damage for me when I ran her, and focus purely on collabs. Her portals are fine for 5ish minutes and then get worse until they are useless by 15 minutes. Garlic doesnt do anything as the special doesnt do damage since her weapon doesnt do any damage.
