IIRC, as long as the "Content Share" is activated in the campaign, all personal homebrew in each player's collection is shared, regardless of subscription status. Also if you join, book sharing is enabled amongst all players so it's not just what the DM has or who is sharing, but everyone.For the character importer, as long as the character is created, it will import all of their known spells and items. If you set up the cobalt cookie (for primates) it will import everything you have access to. I.e. if you have a shared campaign and can read the books on DND Beyond it will import it.
