What gm engine has a casting 3970010 and l 195 stamped on the right side on the back of the block and 010020155 stamped on the lift side of the block? It's a 4" bore block, so probably a 350. Less likely a 327 or 302. There are more characters stamped on a pad in front of the right head that provide additional information. High performance and racing engines usually use clearances a little loose to compensate for higher oil volume and pressures.
